RAK Affluent residents – amenity and maintenance issues?
₹1.85 Cr for a 3BHK at RAK Affluent, and I'm genuinely wondering if I made the right move. We upgraded from our 2BHK, thinking this completed project would be a seamless experience, but it's been frustrating. The amenities shown in the brochure... they're barely functional in reality. The gym equipment is often broken, and the swimming pool is rarely clean. It's not what I expected for this price point, especially after already having a home loan. Maintenance charges are also a shocker, way higher than what was vaguely mentioned. It feels like we're paying a premium for amenities that just aren't up to par. Is this a common issue with RAK Affluent? Or just my bad luck? Did anyone else face this post-possession? How did you deal with the builder or the RWA to get things fixed? I'm honestly not sure what to do next.

Bhai, your experience sounds exactly like my biggest fear! ₹1.85 Cr is a huge amount, especially with a home loan. Amenities not working and high maintenance are a complete rip-off. Mujhe bhi lagta hai builders ka yahi scene hai aajkal. Is this a new trend or something specific to RAK? Bohut tension ho rahi hai sunke.
U2, it's not just RAK, yaar. Most builders promise the moon in brochures and then deliver a crater. Common issue, unfortunately.
