Price range ₹86L-₹1.10 Cr seems okay, but what's the actual capital appreciation track record since launch? Kya ye project investor heavy hai? High investor ratio often impacts rental yield and resale liquidity negatively. From my experience, exit strategy is crucial. Is there an active secondary market for this project? What kind of ROI can one realistically expect over 5 years? Any insights on the builder's previous projects for resale market performance?

Bhai, investor ratio ka doubt sahi hai. Maine bhi suna hai ki agar project mein investors zyada hon toh rental yield aur resale value affected hoti hai. Pura Paisa daal ke fass na jaayein. Kya builders RERA mein investor-owner ratio disclose nahi karte?
Sahi kaha bhai! Mera bhi budget tight hai, aur agar resale value down ho gayi toh bahut problem ho jayegi. RERA ko karna chahiye yeh disclose.
