₹65 lakh for a 2BHK in Rameshwar Orchids looks decent, but I'm worried about the real construction quality. As someone who sees these things daily, I know what builders hide. Any current residents of Star Realcon projects in Ghaziabad willing to share their experience with plaster cracks or seepage after possession? Also, how are the post-possession maintenance charges? Heard some builders make them extortionate.

Yaar, Star Realcon ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. ₹65 lakh for a 2BHK is a huge investment, especially for a first-timer like me.
