₹95L for my 3BHK in Rameshwar Orchids felt steep last year. But after moving in, I'm seeing decent rental inquiries, around ₹20k-₹22k. More importantly, the resale market here is pretty liquid. Just saw a flat similar to mine go for almost ₹1.05 Cr. Don't underestimate completed projects for quick appreciation. Check the actual transaction data, not just listed prices.

Wow, this is great news! I was so worried about buying a completed project, thinking it might not appreciate much. My budget is around 90-95L too, and seeing this makes me feel better.
