Ramky Estates Kempa Dyapanahalli: Hidden costs hit hard

The actual cost of property in Bengaluru is way more than just base price. Just got my Ramky Estates 2BHK in Kempa Dyapanahalli. Socha tha negotiation ho jayegi, par builder rigid tha. All-in cost mein registration, stamp duty, PLC toh theek hai, but yeh last-minute clubhouse/BESCOM charges ne budget hila diya. Does negotiation work on these 'fixed' charges, ya sab chup chaap pay karte hain?

Totally relate! Builders always pull this trick. I was looking at a place in Aavalahalli and the quote seemed fine, but then property tax, maintenance deposit, and all these 'mandatory' society charges add up. Did you try pushing back on the clubhouse fees specifically? Kya wo negotiable nahin hote?

Haan bhai, same pinch! My cousin bought in Akshayanagar and faced similar issues with BESCOM. They just add it on at the end, saying it's non-negotiable. Builders don't bud
