Ramprastha Baliawas booking: anyone else stuck?

Two years ago I booked a 2BHK in Baliawas with Ramprastha, thinking pre-launch discount sahi rahega. They promised possession next year, but abhi tak toh foundation bhi pura nahi hua hai. Now they've changed floor plans and are asking for extra PLC. Honestly not sure if this 'early bird' deal was worth it. My parents keep saying I should've gone for ready-to-move. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I push for a refund ya wait it out? Anyone else faced Ramprastha delays in Gurgaon? What did you do?

Oh my god, I thought I was the only one! Ramprastha ka toh yahi haal hai. Mera ek friend Airport Road pe ek project mein invest kiya tha 3 saal pehle, same story. Possession date pe date diye ja rahe hain. PLC ka extra charge toh standard ho gaya hai inka. I'm also a first-time buyer, and this whole process is so frustrating. Thinking of taking a loan for a ready-to-move now, but fir budget bigad jaega.
