Been tracking Ghaziabad for a year now from Dubai, and Ramprastha Imperial Heights Phase 1 keeps coming up. Honestly, the current pricing, ₹1.86 Cr onwards, feels pretty steep for an ongoing project. Are people actually seeing solid capital appreciation here, or was that just for early birds? I worry about the real rental yield given those prices. Can't do site inspections myself, so I need to trust the builder's delivery track record, which hasn't always been perfect. I'm skeptical about significant ROI at this point. Change my mind?
