After 4 years of paying rent and finally saving enough for a down payment, I'm seriously fed up with the Ramprastha Imperial Heights Phase 2 possession delays. They promised delivery by Q4 2023, now it's Q2 2024 and still no clear communication, just vague 'soon' messages. My EMI has started, but rent is still going on. It's a huge financial burden. Also, the brochure showed a grand clubhouse and swimming pool, but on my last site visit, it looked nowhere near completion. Are these amenities even going to be delivered as promised? Or will it be a half-baked job? What was your actual possession experience like if you bought here? Did anyone else face similar issues with the amenities shown vs. reality?

Haan yaar, Ramprastha ka track record toh waise bhi mixed hai. My agent also mentioned that projects in this belt, especially near Ahinsa Khand 1, often face these issues. But Q4 2023 se Q2 2024 without proper communication is just bad business.
Totally feel you, bhai! Builder delays are the worst. EMI aur rent ek saath, it's a nightmare for first-time buyers like us.
