My lease ends in 6 months, and we need a 3BHK for the kids. Looking at Ramprastha Platinum Premier in Ghaziabad. My wife's priority is a safe, usable children's play area. Is it just a small patch or genuinely good for kids? Also, what's the power backup like there? Full flat or only common areas? Any issues with water supply there?
