Been tracking Ghaziabad for years now, and honestly, buying for myself feels different even though I work in real estate. Everyone talks about Ramprastha Platinum Premier's completion, but nobody's really talking about the grim reality for investors. I know what builders don't tell you, but I need ground truth. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the capital appreciation here feels stagnant. Prices are ₹1.11 Cr–₹2.35 Cr, but has the actual resale market truly picked up? What's the real rental yield folks are getting? I'm not seeing the kind of ROI I'd expect for that ticket size. Is this project just a trap for long-term hold, or is there a genuine exit strategy here for someone looking to sell in 5-7 years? Change my mind.
