Bhai, totally relate! I'm a first-time buyer and this is my biggest fear. You put so much of your life savings into a home, and then these issues crop up. Wall cracks, seepage... these are not minor things, they show fundamental quality problems. For an investor, it's even worse because your main aim is return, and these problems will definitely kill resale value and tenant interest. It's a nightmare scenario, especially when the builder service is slow. What's the point of paying premium if quality is compromised?
