Exactly my thoughts! Ghaziabad mein property lena ab investment se zyada ek gamble lagta hai. Ramprastha Platinum Premier ka naam toh suna hai, but quality issues sunke darr lagta hai. Does anyone know if their maintenance charges are reasonable post-possession?
Haan bhai, maintenance charges ka toh alag hi headache hota hai. Abhay Khand mein mere dost ka experience bahut bura raha hai.
