Ramprastha Platinum Premier ka construction quality actually कैसा है after a year or two? I'm so fed up of renting, yaar, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying in Ghaziabad, Ramprastha Platinum Premier is on my radar. But I'm really worried about construction quality. Brochure mein sab top-notch lagta hai, but does it hold up? Cracks, seepage, cheap fittings – does this happen after a year? Investor hoon, toh resale value aur tenant attraction important hai. Plus, clubhouse aur other amenities, are they actually maintained and used, ya bas show-off hai? Do these amenities genuinely increase ROI, or are they just extra maintenance charges? What's your experience?

About the amenities and clubhouse, are they really functional? I've seen so many projects where the swimming pool is always closed or the gym equipment is broken. Do these amenities actually justify the extra maintenance charges, or are they just a burden?
Maintenance charges toh har jagah ka headache hai. Amenities ka use toh depend karta hai society aur management par.
Amenities toh dikhawe ke liye zyada hote hain, especially in older projects. My brother bought in a similar project near Achchheja, and the swimming pool was barely used due to poor maintenance and odd timings. For ROI, main focus construction quality aur location pe rakho. High maintenance charges without proper usage just eat into your profits, especially if you're looking for tenants.
My cousin bought a flat in Ramprastha Platinum Premier when it was near completion, around 2018. He got a 3BHK for about 1.5 Cr back then. He did mention that the finishing touches felt a bit rushed, especially in the bathrooms. But structurally, he hasn't faced any major issues like seepage. The total units are 188, so it's a decent size society. For an investor, tenant attraction is good because of the location.

Ramprastha ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Inke previous projects mein kaafi issues aaye hain, especially delays aur quality control mein. UPRERAPRJ7124 number toh hai, but post-possession complaints mein RERA bhi kitni help karta hai, ye bhi dekhna padta hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mere ek colleague ne inke ek dusre project mein liya tha Ahinsa Khand 1 mein, wahan toh drainage issues bahut the, aur builder ne theek se address bhi nahi kiya. Physical inspection bahut zaroori hai, especially for a completed project like this one from 2018. Re-sale flat dekhne jaao, builder ka sample flat nahi.

Bhai, Platinum Premier toh 2018 mein hi deliver ho gaya tha. Mere ek dost ne wahan liya hai, usne bataya ki initial quality theek thi, but common areas ka maintenance thoda hit and miss hai. Cracks toh generally small ones aate hain, but major structural issues nahi sune maine abhi tak.
Same concern, yaar. Ghaziabad mein quality ka issue rehta hai, especially after a few years. Builder ke promises pe bharosa karna mushkil hai.
