I actually visited Ramprastha plots about a year ago. They were quoting around ₹8000-₹10000 per sqft for smaller plots. Location is decent if your work is in Sohna or Manesar. Connectivity to Airport Road (Gurgaon side) is improving with the new highway, but yes, it's still a drive, especially during peak hours. Schools like GD Goenka are nearby, but for daily market and smaller kids' schools, you'd need to go into Sohna town. Community vibe depends on which block you pick, some areas are more developed with families living there, others are still empty plots.
