After 7 rent hikes in 5 years, I'm finally taking the plunge into Gurugram real estate. I'm looking at Ramprastha Skyz for a 3BHK. My biggest worry isn't just the EMI, but the actual day-to-day living. How's the construction quality there after a year or two? Are there issues with seepage or fittings? For people living there, is the clubhouse actually used, or is it just a showpiece? And are the maintenance charges worth the service you get? Just trying to get a real picture. What's your experience?

Ramprastha Skyz? Possession 2019 ka hai na? Abhi 5 saal ho gaye hain. Naya project le rahe ho toh theek hai, but ye toh already old ho gaya. Construction quality after 5 years is always a gamble. Have you checked other options near Airport Road (Gurgaon side)?
Old hone se kya hota hai? Agar maintain kiya hai toh acha hi hoga. But haan, construction quality is key.
