Honestly, I almost pulled the trigger on a Ramzanpur property last year, thought it was a steal. But now I'm wondering about the real investment potential there. From my experience, ROI needs solid resale liquidity. Is Ramzanpur ka resale market strong enough? With UER-II connectivity improving, I'm thinking about future appreciation. But will it translate to quick sales? What's the actual ground reality for selling a 2BHK there? What kind of CAGR can one expect in 3-5 years? Koi insights hain toh share karo please.

Bhai, Ramzanpur ka hype toh bahut hai, especially UER-II ke baad. Lekin practical dekho toh, ground pe abhi bhi infra utna develop nahi hua hai. Resale mein time lag sakta hai, especially for a 2BHK. I know someone who bought there and has been struggling to find a good tenant, forget reselling. Toh quick sales ka expectation mat rakhna.
