Delhi mein prices kitna negotiate kar sakte hain, especially for a first-time investor like me? Kya hidden charges hote hain jo sirf possession pe dikhte hain? ₹1.8 Cr for a plot in Ramzanpur? Bhai, that sounds really steep, even for Delhi. I was looking at something similar in Anand Vihar last year and the prices weren't this high for a plot of decent size. Home Making Builders ka track record kaisa hai? Negotiation toh sab jagah work karta hai, but for such a high quote, I'd be very skeptical. Make sure you check their RERA status properly.
