Ramzanpur prices are purely speculative

My lease ends soon. Looking at Ramzanpur, even with my real estate background, prices feel speculative. Is investment potential real, or just future development hype? What's the ground reality there?

Totally agree. Ramzanpur prices are insane. Builder log sirf hype create kar rahe hain. Lagta hai sab hawabaazi hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho yaar. I visited a project last week, they were quoting prices like it's Anand Niketan! For a place with zero infra right now, it feels very high. Bahut risky lag raha hai for first-time buyers.
