Visited Ramzanpur properties last weekend, saw an Arya Group project. Broker bola all-inclusive price hai. But I'm seriously worried about hidden charges like floor rise, PLC, ya OC. Is it possible to get a true all-in cost upfront? EMI calculations mein yeh sab kaise factor karte hain? First-time buyer hoon, any advice on what to look for?
