Fed up of renting for years, I'm finally looking at Ranawat Aura Aiwa. It's an upcoming project. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? How's the neighbourhood for schools and actual carpet area efficiency? Any insights on the expected community vibe?

My friend booked in a similar upcoming project near Akurdi, aur abhi tak possession nahi mila hai, 2 saal late ho gaya! Uska experience sunke toh darr lagta hai. Ranawat ka track record kaisa hai, koi bata sakta hai? Especially for first-time buyers like us, we can't afford such risks.
Mujhe bhi Ranawat Aura Aiwa mein interest hai. RERA number P52100080590 toh hai, but small projects (only 17 units!) mein delays ka dar rehta hai. Is area mein schools ka kya haal hai?
Totally agree. Chote projects mein builder bhaag bhi sakte hain, ya construction quality compromise ho sakti hai.
Haan, RERA number hai toh thoda assurance milta hai, but sirf 17 units hain, yeh baat sahi hai. Builder pe kitna trust kar sakte hain? Schools ke liye, main Amrutvahini School ke reviews padhe hain, they seem okay. Lekin Ambegaon Budruk se travel time kitna lagega, yeh bhi dekhna padega.

Yaar, upcoming projects ka yahi scene hai. Price range toh ₹1.2 Cr – ₹2.0 Cr dikha raha hai, which is fine for a 2BHK/3BHK, but 2028 possession date bahut door hai, no? Market conditions kitni change ho jaayengi tab tak.
Bhai, Ranawat projects generally late hote hain. Dhyaan se. Upcoming hai toh aur bhi risk hai.
