Did anyone else negotiate hard for their flat in Rani Laxmibai Nagar? I just moved in last month to a 3BHK and honestly, the listed prices felt steep. After a lot of back and forth, I actually got a decent discount on the final price, plus some PLC waived. Also, the traffic near the Hindon Elevated Road exit is worse than I thought during peak hours. Anyone else find unexpected hidden costs after moving?
