Not proud of this but I almost bought a plot in Ranjangaon a few years back, good thing I pulled out. My initial analysis showed industrial growth, but the ground reality for resale... that's my concern now. Traffic is a proper nightmare, not just peak hours, right? Aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Suna hai tanker dependency bahot high hai. For an investor, resale market mein liquidity kitni hai? Kon kharidega wahan se, mostly factory workers? Kya upcoming Ring Road jaise projects se resale value pe sach mein farak padega? Ya bas hype hai? Any residents, your thoughts on water, traffic, and resale potential?

Bhai, good call jo pull out kar liya. Ranjangaon mein liquidity ka issue hai. Mere ek friend ne wahan plot liya tha, ab bechna mushkil ho raha hai. Industrial growth toh dikhti hai, par residential demand utni nahi hai.
Totally agree. My uncle also faced this near Akurdi. Industrial areas don't see residential plot appreciation like the hype suggests.
