80 lakh for a 2BHK in Ranjangaon sounds decent, par daily life mein jo infra issues hain, I'm really worried. I work in real estate, I know the market, but jab khud ke liye dekhta hoon, saari marketing spin dikh jaati hai. Ranjangaon mein traffic, especially during peak hours, is getting bad. Aur water supply ka kya scene hai? Borewell pe kitna depend karna padta hai? Plus, decent schools aur hospitals bhi seem far. Koi acha multispecialty hospital ya CBSE school hai kya paas mein? Jo log yahan already rehte hain, what's your take? Is the upcoming Ring Road gonna fix anything, ya just more traffic? Honestly, not sure if the long-term appreciation is worth the current headache.

Absolutely! I was checking a 2BHK there last month, same price range, but the thought of daily commute from Ranjangaon to Hinjewadi via that insane traffic just kills it for me. Aur water supply? Builder mentioned borewell but kitna reliable hoga, kaun jaane. It's a huge gamble for daily living.
Exactly! My cousin bought in Ambegaon and faced similar borewell issues initially. It's a huge risk for a first-time buyer.
