My agent showed me properties in Rasulpur last week, but I'm feeling really frustrated trying to finalize. Being in Dubai, I can't do proper site inspections myself. I heard about significant hidden charges appearing after booking with some builders in Chandigarh, not just brochure prices. Is this a common issue in Rasulpur too? And what about RERA compliance for possession timelines? NRI ke liye ground reality check karna bahut mushkil hai. Any specific builders in Rasulpur known for such misleading practices? Totally agree with U1. Happened to my cousin with a project near Mullanpur Garibdass. They showed one price, later added IDC/EDC, club membership, PLC charges. It's a common tactic. R
Bhai, you're not alone. NRI ho ya local, hidden charges are a real headache, especially in areas like Rasulpur. My agent also showed me properties there, and the initial quotes never match the final price after all the 'extra' charges.
