Rasulpur mein property prices ka hype sach mein justified hai kya? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa wahan. Omaxe projects dekhe hain, but price jump... yaar, it's a lot. Already have a home loan. Daily life wahan kaisi hai? Commute from Rasulpur to Mohali IT City kitna time lagta hai peak hours mein? Are prices negotiable ya fixed? Koi hidden costs jo residents ko baad mein pata chale?
