Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about Ratan Housing Development Ltd.? Kya ROI achha mil sakta hai? Also, I'm confused between investing in Sector 74A vs Noida Extension. Which one is better for long-term appreciation? Has anyone experienced good returns in Sector 74A? Mujhe advice chahiye. What are the risks involved? Is it the right time to buy? Any suggestions?
