Ratan Housing's promised amenities are a joke, right?

Just moved to Sector 35. Ratan Housing promised so many amenities. Reality is kuch bhi nahi. Anyone else facing this? What to do, yaar? False advertising toh nahi?

Sector 150 mein better options hain. Thoda aur paisa lagao, but peace of mind toh rahega. Avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi.

Check the builder's RERA registration number online. Sometimes they're not even registered properly.

Mera bhi same experience tha with another builder in Sector 75. They promised a 'state-of-the-art' gym. It turned out to be two rusty dumbbells and a broken treadmill. LOL!

Bhai, totally agree. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse. Abhi toh sirf mitti padi hai wahaan. Sector 35 mein sabka yahi haal hai kya?
