Ratan Pearls handover quality is a huge red flag

My lease ends in 3 months and I was hoping Ratan Pearls would be a smooth move, but the handover process has been a nightmare. They showed us a perfectly finished flat, but during final inspection, so many things were off. Minor fixes, sure, but also plaster cracks and faulty wiring in one bedroom. Honestly, it feels like they rushed the finishing. I'm worried about more hidden issues after moving in. Did anyone else face these kinds of issues with Ratan Pearls during possession? Was the carpet area actually what they promised, ya fir laga ki chhota hai? And what are the actual monthly maintenance charges? My parents keep saying builders always have hidden costs.
