Maan area mein Ravima Ventures ka ek project dekh raha hoon. I work in real estate but for my own investment, it's a whole different game. Builders ka pre-launch pricing ka game samajh nahi aata, is it actually a discount or just marketing hype? ₹1.1 Cr ka 2BHK hai near Hinjewadi, kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain? Aur all-in cost mein kitne hidden charges add hote hain possession ke time? Like, Ravima Ventures ka koi specific trick? Has anyone else faced this with them?

Ravima Ventures? Be careful with them, bhai. Pre-launch is almost always a trap. ₹1.1 Cr for a 2BHK near Hinjewadi sounds like a lot, especially if it's pre-launch. What about the actual carpet area? Builders love to play games with super built-up vs carpet. Aur hidden charges? Oh, they'll hit you with floor rise, PLC, development charges, society formation, electricity, water connection – list goes on. You should factor in at least 10-12% extra on top of the base price.
