RBS Buildtech delay: Feeling cheated, what to do?

Been waiting almost 3 years for possession in RBS Buildtech's Sector 144 project. Promised date was 2024, still no sign. I work in real estate toh mujhe sab pata hai, but this is happening to me! Construction-linked plan tha, EMI already start ho gaya hai. They keep saying 'next quarter' but nothing happens. Super area vs carpet area ka toh game alag hi hai. Honestly not sure if I should take legal action or just wait it out. Anyone else facing similar issues with RBS? What did you guys do? Koi advice do yaar. Is it even worth fighting them?
