What's the real story with hidden charges from builders in Noida Extension? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at 2BHKs in Greater Noida West, like Godrej or ATS projects, around 80L. Even *I'm* hearing about surprise PLCs or maintenance deposits popping up just before possession. It's like they wait till the last minute. Is this still common with Mahagun or Gaursons? My budget can't take a last-minute shocker. What's your experience been?
