Kaushambi keeps coming up every time I shortlist something in Ghaziabad. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different; it's so hard to be objective! Prices yahan ₹60-80L for a 2BHK is common, which seems high for the area. Is it really justified for the current living standard? Kya negotiation ka scope hota hai abhi bhi? Honestly, I'm more concerned about the actual daily life here. How's the water supply situation? Municipal water aata hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? And for investment, 3-5 saal mein kya appreciation expect kar sakte hain? Rental demand kaisi hai yahan? Mujhe end-use ke liye lena hai but investment angle bhi dekhna padega. What do you guys think?
