RE pro buying in Pune: My reality check
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and it's tougher than I thought. Looking at Venkatesh Skylife, I'm trying to get honest feedback on maintenance charges. Are they justified for the actual service quality, or is it just another way to squeeze money? Also, how's the parking allocation there? Is it fair or a lottery nightmare? I know what builders don't tell you, so looking for real buyer experiences here.
Comments
Agreed, maintenance is a huge concern. But what about the possession date for Venkatesh Skylife? 2029-03-01 is still so far, and it's an UPCOMING project. Do you think they'll actually deliver on time?
Bhai, same pinch! Venkatesh Skylife ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Maintenance charges toh har builder ka naya scam hai. Parking ka bhi same haal, they promise one thing and deliver another.
