Been looking at Signature Global Synera for investment. I work in real estate, personal buys are different. What's the capital appreciation been like? What's the actual rental yield? Is the resale market liquid for these units?

Hey everyone, U1 here. So, I work in real estate, but when it comes to personal investments, it's a whole different ball game, right? I've been eyeing Signature Global Synera for a while now, primarily for investment purposes. It's already completed, possession was back in 2019. My main questions are: What's the capital appreciation been like since then? What kind of actual rental yield are people seeing in this project, especially with the 824 units? And critically, is the resale market liquid for these units, or are they sitting for ages? Any ground realities would be super helpful!
