Swaraj Homes Bharat Petroleum Apartment is still under construction, right? Honestly, I'm scared of getting stuck with delayed possession. Heard too many horror stories. Matlab, builder ka track record matters a lot. Plus, resale bhi dekhna hai eventually. Which one would be easier to sell later on, you think? Supertech ka maintenance charges kya hai? That's important for retirees like us. Also, hospital proximity is key. Any thoughts on which project is better for senior citizens? What's the registry process like for these?
