Ready projects have their own hidden costs

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm trying to decide between SLS Elite Homes (completed) and Bhima Blue Bell, jiska status abhi bhi 'null' dikha raha hai. Matlab, under-construction risk hai. I know what builders don't tell you, but is Bhima Blue Bell's possession risk worth it? Completed projects mein bhi total cost of ownership bahut badh jaati hai. Stamp duty, registration, interiors – kitna extra lagta hai, yaar? Kisi ko experience hai kya in projects se?
