We've seen Earthcon Royal Green; it's ready, which is great, but the floor plan felt a bit cramped for our family. Bhoodhan Avadh Enclave looks promising, but their possession status is so unclear. What's the actual usable space in Earthcon? More importantly, which project has better schools nearby for the children? My wife really wants to avoid any under-construction gamble with our kids' school admissions.
