Ready-to-move always beats future-possession risk
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm honestly stuck between a rock and a hard place. I work in real estate, so I know the games, but buying for myself feels different. I'm looking at Experion Zephyr (upcoming) and Vatika Premium Floors (ready). Zephyr ka location sahi lag raha hai, but under-construction ka risk, especially with current market... Vatika is ready, so no possession tension, but appreciation potential kya hai? Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai. Investors ya end-users, what's your take on these for a 5-year hold? Confused hoon.

Bhai, Experion Zephyr ka price range sunke hi darr lag raha hai, ₹5.5 Cr se ₹7.9 Cr? First-time buyer ke liye toh yeh out of budget hai. Plus, upcoming project, woh bhi sirf 7 units? Ye toh bahut high-risk high-reward deal lag rahi hai. Vatika Premium Floors ready hai, that's a plus, but appreciation ka point sahi hai. Kya karein yaar, confusion hi confusion hai!
