₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in 'Ready to Move' area seems like a lot, no? My wife thinks it's the safest for kids' school admission next year. But yaar, I'm seeing traffic issues and amenities are just 'ok'. Is the premium for 'Ready to Move' really justified or just overhyped now? What's the ground reality there?

Bengaluru market is just crazy right now. Everything feels overpriced, whether it's 'Ready to Move' or under-construction. It's a tough time for first-time buyers like us.
I understand the hesitation, but 'Ready to Move' has its benefits. No RERA delays, no builder going bankrupt mid-project, immediate rental income if you're an investor, and you can actually see what you're buying. For school admissions, proximity is key, and sometimes you just don't have the luxury of waiting 3-4 years for an under-construction project. The premium might seem high, but it's for peace of mind and immediate utility, especially in Bengaluru's current market where delays are common.
Exactly! Adigara Kallahalli mein bhi same situation. People rush for 'Ready to Move' for school convenience but later realize the infrastructure problems. My cousin faced issues with power cuts in a 'Ready to Move' complex there, even though it was supposed to be fully functional. It's not always a smooth ride.
Peace of mind tab tak hi hai jab tak hidden costs nahi aate. Maintenance charges, society formation issues, and sometimes even structural defects after a year. My friend bought in Adigara Kallahalli 'Ready to Move' and regretted it because of water issues. Have you factored those in? It's not always just about avoiding delays.
Meri toh neend ud gayi hai, itna price sunke. My budget is tight and seeing these rates, I wonder if maybe under-construction is better for value, even with the wait?
Bhai, traffic toh har jagah ka issue hai Bengaluru mein, but 'Ready to Move' ke naam pe premium lena aur phir quality compromise karna, that's the real problem. Aur Anuraag Constructions ka track record toh zero hai, literally. Kisi ne unka project dekha hai kya? Zero total projects, this is a HUGE red flag for me. Aapko lagta hai aise builder pe trust karna chahiye, even for 'Ready to Move'?
Sahi pakda hai yaar Anuraag Constructions ka point. Zero projects matlab risk bahut high hai. Even if it's 'Ready to Move', builder ki reliability toh matter karti hai. But agar koi reliable builder ka 'Ready to Move' option hota, would it still be overpriced? What about areas like Akshayanagar or Aavalahalli, are they also facing this issue?
Totally agree! ₹1.5 Cr for 'Ready to Move' is insane. Same feeling here, my family also wants immediate move-in for kids' school but this price point just doesn't sit right.
Haan bhai, itna budget laga ke bhi agar traffic aur average amenities milen toh kya fayda? My wife is also pushing for immediate possession for convenience, but I'm thinking about the future value and the daily grind. It feels like we're paying a premium for problems.
