Ready to Move: Broker buying for self
Ready to Move corridor ka hype sometimes ground reality se bahut door lagta hai. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm seeing things differently. Sab bolte hain 'Ready to Move' is best for instant possession and no construction risk, which is true. But yaar, commute ka kya? Especially near Dwarka Expressway side, traffic kaafi badh gaya hai. Brochure mein toh green spaces aur amenities kaafi dikhate hain, but actual mein kitna usable hai? Residents, aapka kya experience hai with daily life? Is it really convenient, ya sirf marketing spin hai? Kids ke school commute, grocery, small things... are they easily accessible? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, par super area vs carpet area games toh chal hi rahe hain. Honestly, just want to know the unsaid pros and cons. Meri family ke liye sahi decision lena hai.
