Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector to finally invest. I'm seriously considering options in the 'Ready to Move' corridor in Gurgaon. Brochure aur online reviews sab positive dikhate hain, but I need to know the ground reality. For first-time buyers like me, what are the actual pros and cons of living there? Commute, daily life, sab kaisa hai? Are the amenities genuinely good, ya sirf show-off? Koi hidden costs ya issues jo brochures mention nahi karte? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. What's your honest opinion, especially if you've lived there?
