Just shifted to a Ready to Move flat near Pari Chowk. Log kehte hain ki ready properties ka value abhi bhi acha hai, but mujhe lagta hai ki prices kafi upar aa gaye hain. My discovery: negotiate hard on the 'maintenance advance' and other one-time charges; they add up fast. Builder won't tell you this upfront. I managed to save quite a bit.
