Ready to Move corridor: My site visit confusion, need honest opinions

Visited a couple of projects in the 'Ready to Move' corridor last weekend, and honestly, pictures tell a very different story. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, you know? Builders ki marketing toh sabko pata hai. Connectivity looks great on paper, but actual commute time during peak hours is something else. Power backup ka kya scene hai sach mein? And water supply? Not sure if the amenities shown are fully functional ya bas naam ke hain. Anyone living there, what's the real ground reality? Is it worth the premium?
