posted on 7 MayReady to Move corridor: What brochures don't tell you
₹20,000 hike in rent over 3 years, I'm finally fed up and looking to buy in Delhi. Been checking out properties along the 'Ready to Move' corridor. Brochures look great, but I'm wondering about the actual ground reality. What's the daily commute really like? Are there hidden issues with infrastructure, like water pressure or power cuts, that don't show up during day visits? Any advice on things to specifically check or ask about beyond the shiny amenities? Honestly, I'm trying to avoid buyer's regret.

Totally relate! Brochures are all marketing. I went to see a Suri Buildtech site in person last month, and the road leading up to it was still kachcha. They showed fancy renders but actual progress felt slow. Definitely check the ground reality, especially for something like water connection or sewage lines. Don't fall for just the shiny amenities.
Haan yaar, Suri Buildtech ka toh naam hi badnaam hai for delays. Mera cousin ek project mein stuck hai for 2 years, possession date do baar extend
