Ready-to-move flat in Noida - worth the extra cost?

Selling our bada ghar kyunki kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore, yaar. Thinking of a 2BHK in Noida. Laureate Buildwell ka project dekha in Sector 127. But ready-to-move is much more expensive than under construction. Is it worth paying the extra for the peace of mind? Resale of existing property se financing karunga, so EMI won't be a huge problem. Any opinions on this? Maintenance costs bhi kam hona chahiye. Hope someone can share their experience.
