Been renting for 5 years now and honestly, I'm fed up. Finally taking the plunge for a ready-to-move flat in Gurgaon. Log kehte hain ki ready-to-move mein hidden issues kam hote hain, but I'm a bit skeptical. Kya koi structural issues ya maintenance ka red flag hota hai jo initially dikhta nahi? I'm worried about unexpected costs post-possession. EMI ke saath extra kharche nahi chahiye. Has anyone bought a ready-to-move flat and later found major problems with the society or builder ka after-sales support? Any specific things to check?

Bhai, hidden risks toh bohot hain, especially in Gurgaon. Ready-to-move ka matlab ye nahi ki sab smooth hoga. Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya mein ek flat dekh raha tha, same situation. Builder ka background check karna bahut zaroori hai. Like, EON7 Developers ka naam suna hai? Unka toh website pe bhi koi info nahi mil raha, aur suna hai they have 0 completed projects till date. Aise builders se structural issues ya finish quality ke problems aane ka darr rehta hai. EMI ke upar aur kharcha kaun jhelega?
