Immediate possession ki relief toh mil gayi, no construction delays, but honestly, ground reality thodi alag hai. My society has decent amenities, but daily commute for office is a big headache. Morning traffic jam ho jaati hai bilkul, it takes double the time. Also, local markets for everyday stuff ya good schools ke options abhi bhi limited lagte hain. Ye sab cheezein brochure mein koi nahi batata. I'm wondering agar sab societies mein yahi haal hai? Kya aur bhi hidden issues hain jo abhi tak dikhe nahi?
