Under-construction projects are a total gamble, change my mind. Everyone talks about the future appreciation of places like Propfolio Vyom Residency, but what about the builder ka track record? I'm looking at Propfolio vs Livia. Livia is ready, no tension. Yes, thoda expensive hai, but the peace of mind...
