I'm based in Dubai, so visiting isn't easy, and I'm really relying on community insights here. Can anyone share their experience with this project's RERA compliance and overall legal clarity? I'm worried about hidden costs or unexpected charges. Also, what's the vibe like there? Is it mostly investors or actual families? Don't want a ghost society, you know. Looking for good rental yield and decent appreciation eventually. Any thoughts on property management services for NRIs too? Thanks!

Mere friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein liya tha, construction delay ke baad bhi finishing mein issues aaye. Make sure to get everything in writing, especially the final cost breakdown. Builders often add 'club membership' or 'IFMS' charges later. NRI ho toh property management bhi dhoondhna padega, bahut scams hote hain.
