Just moved into my Ready to Move flat in Noida Sector 121 last month, and honestly, kuch baatein saamne aa rahi hain jo pehle pata nahi thi. Sab log bolte hain RTM lo, tension free hota hai, but I'm seeing some hidden risks now. Like, society ka actual maintenance cost kitna high hai, ya phir builder ka post-possession support kitna weak hai. Kya OC ya CC ke issues ka koi chance hota hai aise properties mein?
